These Terms, together with applicable policies and other terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Seyoul Skin concerning use of the Services.
They supersede prior versions concerning the same subject matter.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide Services will be governed by applicable laws of the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights applicable in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 20 — SUBSCRIPTIONS, AUTO-RENEWALS AND BILLING AUTHORIZATION
Certain Seyoul Skin products may be offered as either one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions.
When you select a subscription option, you authorize Seyoul Skin to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the price and billing frequency disclosed to you when subscribing.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions may renew according to the interval selected and disclosed at checkout.
Available intervals may include 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 days, depending on the subscription option offered.
Applicable taxes and disclosed shipping charges may also apply.
Your payment method will be charged automatically at each scheduled renewal unless you cancel before the applicable cancellation deadline.
Where applicable, a reminder will be sent before renewal.
Automatic Payment Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you:
- Authorize recurring charges according to your selected subscription;
- Confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided; and
- Accept responsibility for subscription charges until cancellation becomes effective.
Our payment providers may support card-account updater services offered by card issuers. Availability and operation of these services depend on the relevant payment provider and card issuer.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel through:
- Your online customer account/subscription portal; or

To prevent your next scheduled renewal, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal date and time disclosed to you.
After cancellation is processed, future renewal charges will stop.
If a renewal order has already passed the disclosed cancellation deadline and entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation of the subscription may not automatically cancel that order.
Refund eligibility for such orders will be determined under our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may contact you using the contact information associated with your account.
We may suspend or cancel a subscription following unresolved payment failure where permitted by law.
Subscription Refunds
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the first qualifying order only and does not separately restart with each subscription renewal.
Renewal-order refund eligibility is governed by our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Nothing in these subscription terms limits remedies available for unauthorized or erroneous charges, damaged or defective products, undelivered orders, or rights provided by applicable law.
Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms
We may modify future subscription prices, available billing intervals, products, or benefits.
Material changes affecting future renewals will be communicated as required by applicable law before becoming effective.
SECTION 21 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.
Tracking or delivery information supplied by a carrier may be used as evidence regarding shipment status.
However, carrier tracking information does not eliminate any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable law regarding lost, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or undelivered orders.
SECTION 22 — MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
The Seyoul Skin mobile messaging service (“Mobile Service”) may provide order information, account notifications, promotional communications, cart reminders, and other messages where you have provided the applicable consent.
By opting into Seyoul Skin SMS/text messaging, you agree to receive recurring messages at the mobile number you provided, subject to the disclosures presented when you opt in.
Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless provider and mobile plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of eligible SMS communications at any time by replying:

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
